Have good credit record with DBS and other financial institutions
Minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 60 years

SMALL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Amount: $1000 to $50,000
Term: 1 to 5 Years
Fees Applied (refer to Charges and Rates Page for more info)
Interest Rates: Varies from 8 to 12% per annum with penalty interest at 2% (Determined on source of funds, nature and risks associated with development projectI
Security: Personal Guarantor,Freehold Property, Chattels Mortgage, SBH Guarantee, Life Insurance policy with DBS interest noted, Other consideration will be at CEO and Board Discretion

MEDIUM DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Amount: $50,001 to $250,000
Term: 5 to 15 Years
