Organisational Structure

The organisation structure defines the chain of command and reporting requirements. The oversight on operation is conducted by the CEO through monthly reporting to the Board of Directors. The Board conducts two committees under its term of governance, namely the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee which generally meet quarterly per year. The committees’ play a vital role to assist the CEO in the development and implementation of policy, strategic direction, organisational effectiveness and efficiency, communication with the staff as well as the overall financial health of the DBS.

DBS consist of  8 Divisions which include Savaii as a Branch. The headcount recorded at 30 June 2020 is 77 in which 16 are employed at the Savaii branch. The gender division is 41 men and 36 women. (Update from CP 21-24)
